About Wannis

It is my goal to treat my clients like family. I take the time to listen to your needs, understand your goals, and guide you through every step of the real estate process with honesty and transparency.

I began my journey in real estate in 2010 as an investor and agent. My first approach was to learn the investing side of business. To that end, I grew my business to include multi-family units, tenant-management, construction processes, and investment strategy. As an investor, you are able to envision the potential a property may possess and with self-direction,hard work, and determination, you can make your vision a reality. The reward for realizing your goals can also
be the link to someone else's dreams coming true.

In my rental business, I also participate in the construction duties necessary to drive project completion. I have worked closely with home inspectors, general contractors, roofers, carpenters, masons, and all manner of workman to assess and execute the vision necessary to run a successful rental portfolio. With my clients, I am able to share these resources in order to see that their objectives are achieved.

Beyond my real estate pursuits, I possess a passion for woodworking and craftsmanship. My appreciation for intricately designed homes, particularly craftsman-style properties, fuels my creativity and adds a distinctive edge to my services. Whether assisting clients in finding their dream home or identifying lucrative investment opportunities, My eye for detail, construction experience, and investment knowledge set me apart in the industry.
